Our bruschetta. 16 Bricks sourdough toasts topped with tomatoes, red onions, basil, garlic, and buffalo mozzarella, with a balsamic reduction.
Circles of Love$6
We take our flatbread dough and blend it with alot of mozzarella and provolone, stuff it full of pepperoni, roll it into a ball, and deep fry it! Served with marinara for dipping.
You Dropped a Bomb on Me$7
Deep-fried mashed potato balls with a hot gravy center. Served on top of a parmesan cream sauce and sprinkled with grated parmesan.
"Two Princes" - marinated artichokes and spinach, mixed with blended cheeses, served with warm pizza dough chips.
